Presenta las iniciativas alemanas en el Consejo Europeo de Medio Ambiente respecto de la Directiva sobre Control y PrevenciÃ³n de la ContaminaciÃ³n Integrado (IPPC), cuyo borrador fue publicado en setiembre de 1993.
